1. For installation purchases, upon purchasing the installation service, please email the studio with your address.
2. Please be aware that our installation service is currently only available for Xpole products. We have extensive knowledge about this brand, but we may not be able to assist with other brands at this time.
3. If you have ordered an Xpole through P2P, kindly inform us when you receive the package.
4. On the day of installation, please ensure that the designated location is prepared and free from any obstructions. This will help us efficiently install the pole according to your preferences.
5. Additionally, it is important that the package is open and unpacked prior to our arrival for installation.
6. Our installation service includes education on how to care for your pole, as well as guidance on disassembling and assembling it.

Xpert Pole at a price that includes shipping. This high-quality pole has a standard height that goes up to 9'1''. If you're looking for a taller pole, an extension will be required, which you can conveniently purchase. Please note that Pole to Pole Fitness, LLC. Cannot be held responsible for any miscalculations performed by the purchasing client.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure someone is available to sign for all FedEx packages. In the event of a missed delivery attempt resulting in the package being returned to Xpole, the purchaser will be responsible for the reshipping costs. For your convenience, Pole to Pole Fitness, LLC offers a flat base installation fee of $65. If your address is located more than 15 miles away from our nearest home studio, a mileage calculation will apply.
